CRCC Will Build The World's Tallest Ferris Wheel In Kuala Lumpur

The reporter learned from China Railway Construction Corporation(CRCC) on the 8th that Zhao Guangming, chairman of China Railway Construction International Group Malaysia Company, recently signed an official contract for M101 Skywheel project with M101 Entrepreneurial Malaysia Ltd., CEO Ye Tinghao.

It is said that after M101 Skywheel and hotel project is completed, the total height above the ground is 316 meters.The project will be known as the "first" four projects, the world's tallest ferris wheel (220 meters), the world's tallest shopping mall, the first five-star Hollywood planet hotel in Asia and Malaysia's first porsche design of the apartment building complex.


The project, which is located in the center of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is 2.9 kilometers away from the landmark building Petronas Twin Towers, with a total construction area of about 200,000 square meters and a contract value of about $214 million. The name of the project "M101" originates from its modeling design. The project underground and the skirt building are "M" shaped, and the underground station is equipped with a subway station. A, B tower parts and the Ferris Wheel built in between, form "101" modeling.

China Railway Construction Corporation has more experience in the field of supertall buildings, which has built several more than 300 meters of construction projects in the world.
